NAIFA encourages all members to participate in this critical Day on Capitol Hill to make sure that Members of Congress fully understand the vital importance that insurance, annuity, retirement and employee benefit products play in the U.S. economy and their home states. Congress has indicated its willingness to move forward on comprehensive federal tax reform in the Spring of 2013. The April 8-9 Congressional Conference will allow NAIFA members a voice in the debate.

NAIFA has expanded travel reimbursement to the first 700 NAIFA members to register for the Conference. Eligible registrants will receive a reimbursement (up to $500) to offset their travel expenses. NAIFA will maintain a waiting list for registrants after the first 700. NAIFA will notify those on the waiting list if they later become eligible for reimbursement because another NAIFA member cancelled his/her Conference registration.
